In this playful, hands-on session, you will design your own delightful display cake using a lightweight foam base and smooth, spreadable polyfiller “icing.” Whether you prefer pastel elegance, bold statement designs or charming bakery-style piping, you’ll learn simple techniques for sculpting, frosting and embellishing your faux confection to perfection.
