Step back in time and get creative with mosaic making at the Hereford Museum History Store! 🏛️✨
Take inspiration from the Kenchester Roman mosaic, with its striking geometric patterns and rich colours, to design and create your own mosaic coasters. Learn simple mosaic techniques as you experiment with shapes, colour and pattern to make a unique piece inspired by Herefordshire’s Roman past.
Whether you recreate a traditional geometric design or put your own modern twist on it, you'll be guided through the process from design to finished mosaic.
This hands-on workshop is a great opportunity to combine local history, creativity and traditional craft, while enjoying a relaxed and welcoming making session.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Suitable for ages 14+
